Bravado Designs – Return Policy - US

We hope you are thrilled with your Bravado purchase, but if for any reason it doesn’t meet your needs or expectations, the following is our policy and instructions for returning.

Proof of Purchase is required such as a packing slip or pick ticket number (6 digits) and must be included with each return.

What is Eligible for Return?

Bras and Tanks may be returned, up to 30 days from the date on the packing slip; provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, and are in “as new condition”. Please note “as new condition” refers to both the product and its packaging. For hygienic reasons, bras and tanks sent back to Bravado in not “as new condition” will be returned back to you without reimbursement.

 

What is not eligible for Return?

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Final sale items, discontinued styles, and non-apparel (e.g. Washable Nursing Pads) cannot be returned.

How do returns work for products purchased during a tiered promo?

When returning an item purchased during a tiered promo that requires a minimum threshold of spend, the amount refunded back to you will be based on a new calculation that takes into account the subtotal minus the returned item. The refund will reflect the applicable discount based upon that new amount.

Product Defects

Bravado Designs will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any of our products within 45 days of product purchase. Defects may extend to clips (that are broken, will not stay closed, or will not open), stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims etc. Some defects only appear with wear. Bravado Designs may replace defective bra merchandise that has been washed and/or worn (provided it is returned within 45 days of purchase). Each garment will be evaluated for defects by our Quality Assurance Department and any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stains) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.

Can I exchange my bra for another size/colour/style?

We do not process exchanges. You can return your item(s) back to us for a full refund and place a new order. Contact our Customer Service Department to place your new order by phone, live chat or make a replacement order on bravadoesigns.com. Our Certified Fitters will ensure we get you in the right fit!

How to Return an Item:

  1. Fill out the Return Form enclosed in your order, and pack it with the item(s) you are returning.
  2. Where possible, use the original shipping bag and packing materials to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Download your free return label here
  4. Affix the Free Return Label on the outside of the package.
  5. Find a UPS location close to you here
  6. Drop off your package at a UPS drop off location
  7. Please keep the tracking information so you can check the status of your package.

Special notes:

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to complete the processing of returns and credits. It may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your card. Bravado Designs reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.
