Be assured that the health and safety of our customers and employees are always top of mind for us. As such, we’re working with our warehouse and delivery partners to implement proper handling, inspection and processing of orders and returns in the safest manner possible.

Shipping and Returns FAQ

What are your shipping fees?

  • $5 flat fee for all orders under $60. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $60.
  • Free shipping minimum is based on sub-total after discounts and before taxes.

How long does delivery normally take?

Please allow 4-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your order. For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

How to return an item:

  1. On our Start A Return page, enter your purchase order number and zip code, or your email.
  2. Select the items you want to return and print the return label generated along with your return slip.
  3. Pack up the item(s) along with the return slip in a secure shipping bag – you can use the original shipping bag.
  4. Affix the return label on the outside of the package, ensuring to cover up any old labels.
  5. Drop off your package at a UPS location near you.

What needs to be included in my return?

Along with the products you'd like to return, a return slip must be included. Your return slip can be generated here.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the continental US. We do not ship to the following locations:

Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

What is eligible for return?

Bras and camis may be returned within 45 days of placing the order. Any products returned should be unworn and unwashed, in like-new condition and in its original packaging. For hygienic reasons, bras and tanks returned to us that are not in like-new condition will be sent back to you without reimbursement.

What is not eligible for return?

Items that are marked final sale cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, nursing pads, underwear and items offered as a gift with purchase cannot be returned.

How do returns work for products purchased during a BOGO or tiered promo?

Any item from a bundle promotion (e.g. BOGOs, tiered promos) can be returned, however the refund value will reflect the promotional discount based on the number of remaining items in your order.

How do returns work for products purchased with promotional codes?

Refunds issued for items purchased with a promotional code will reflect the amount that was spent after the discount.

How do I return/exchange a gift?

If you received a gift that does not suit your needs, please contact our Customer Service team before returning any bras through the mail. They will be able to initiate the return process and provide further assistance.

Who pays for return shipping?

How can I exchange a product that has a defect?

Bravado Designs will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any of our products within 45 days of purchase. This may include, but is not limited to, nursing B-clips, stitching, fabric, or trims. Products that are damaged through normal wear and tear or through a reasonable period of wear do not qualify for a return. Defective products will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance Department. Any product received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stained or damaged through normal wear and tear) will be sent back to you as-is without reimbursement.

Can I exchange my bra for another size/colour/style?

We do not process exchanges however, qualifying items can be returned to us for a refund.

Can I return an e-gift card?

Our e-gift cards are non-refundable nor eligible for return. Store credit cannot be converted to cash.

Can I return a product purchased with e-gift cards?

Purchases made with e-gift cards will be refunded back to the same e-gift card used. If a product purchase was done partially with an e-gift card and partially with another method of payment, we will refund the amounts according to each method of payment. If a purchase was made with multiple gift cards, we are not able to combine the refunds onto one gift card. The refunds will be processed onto each of the gift cards used.

 How do refunds for orders purchased through Sezzle work?

The process for returning an order paid using Sezzle is identical to submitting a regular request for return. For more info regarding refunds of Sezzle payments please visit their FAQ

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the day we receive your items at our warehouse to complete the processing of returns and refunds. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your card. Bravado Designs reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.
